As an HR Specialist you will be the first point of contact for potential candidates and be primarily responsible for handling all HR duties involved in full-cycle recruitment, as well as a broad range of other HR functions, with the support of the HR Director and other team members.

Collaborate with department managers to create and edit job postings for current and new positions in Applicant Tracking System Initiate contact with qualified candidates to ensure a smooth and positive interaction during the selection process Conduct candidate screenings, schedule, and participate in the interview process Partner with hiring team to facilitate offer letters and employment terms Manage the pre-employment screening process to include, background checks, drug tests, and drivers license reports Maintain onboarding materials and performs new hire onboarding and orientations Build applicant sources by developing relationships with industry groups, colleges, community services, etc.
Represent Andgar companies at local job fairs in the community Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, and new technologies in recruiting and talent acquisition Ensure compliance with applicable HR related federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and company policies Coordinate and collaborate with Human Resources team to ensure a smooth workflow of fundamental administrative tasks within the HR department Adheres to assigned work schedule (attendance and punctuality) Comply with all applicable standards, policies, or procedures Seek assistance as needed and asks questions to appropriate staff in a timely manner Additional duties or projects as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrates team building and interpersonal skills by maintaining positive, collaborative, and constructive interpersonal relationships at every level of the organization Understands and practices the principles of effective teamwork, self-motivation and the ability to work independently and in a collaborative setting Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at one time Adapts to changes in work assignments and changing priorities, is willing to assume additional responsibility and learn new processes Computer literate with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Accurately key-board at least 50 wpm
Qualifications:
