TITLE:
CNC/Swiss Lathe Set-up and Operator REPORTS TO:
Production Supervisor BASED AT:
SMC, Ferndale, WA, USA STATUS:
1st shift, Non-Exempt, Full-Time KEY
Responsibilities:
Set-up and run production on Swiss Lathes (Citizen) Read and understand drawings Maintain quality and safety standards POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient with inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, height gates, optical comparators and variety of gages/pins) Familiarity with 5S standards is a plus Ability to manage timelines and priorities Strong organizational skills Reliable and Punctual Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have a proactive, positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
