In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our patients.
This means that having a professional and upbeat attitude is essential.
You'll greet and welcome patients to the practice, take their phone calls, assist with filling out forms and send out emails to ensure patient needs are being met.
You will also help our office operate more effectively.
This will include completing tasks like scheduling, rescheduling and canceling patient appointments, verify methods of payment and collecting payments, communicating with insurance providers, performing general office duties such as photocopying, filing, and faxing.
Experience in dental administration, or related fields is advantageous along with sound knowledge of dental terminology, great telephone etiquette, exceptional organizational skills, excellent customer service skills and a true team player attitude.
Compensation range for this position is $18-$23 per hour depending on experience.
