We design and build solutions for the agricultural industry.
This position is responsible for designing control programs for electrical machines and systems, seeking to automate processes.
The ideal candidate will have real world experience in PLC programming for automation and robotics.
Visualizing the processes taking place to increase the operability of a given system, while conducting general maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical or electronic equipment in the food processing equipment division.

Qualifications:
Advanced PLC programming skills Knowledge of Beckhoff Automation Technology Knowledge of controls systems development methodology Knowledge of Modbus communications protocols Knowledge of AC /DC power systems and control, and safety interlocks design Machinery compliance experience including UL 508 A industrial control panel standards Maintain electrical records and prints on plant equipment, conformance of plant electrical systems to safety and regulatory requirements; Maintain plant electrical systems Assembly of electro/mechanical assemblies, calibration, and testing of the final product Interpret drawings, illustrations, manufacturing instructions, job orders, test and quality reports Assembling low voltage 24V DC systems and some systems operating on 120 VAC or 480 VAC, including soldering and crimping Read, analyze, interpret documents such as procedure manuals, wiring diagrams, blueprints & schematics to aid in the high-quality assembly and/or repair of robotic systems.

yrs experience PLC Programming and/or Robotics programming Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Drug and alcohol free (must be able to pass pre-employment drug test) Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent math skills Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
