Skills:
Experience safely operating excavators and backhoes to dig around existing underground utilities, cut and fill to grade, excavate, backfill to the desired compaction, and install septic systems.
Be able to accurately read and execute as-built plans or drawings.
Must have a strong work ethic, safety-first attitude, and commitment to quality.
Ability to accurately calculate grades and layout excavations including efficient and accurate staking.
Can perform routine labor operations as needed or required.
Ability to perform a thorough daily equipment inspection.
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required).
