Someone who has excellent customer service skills and is able to effectively communicate with others.
Our office can get very busy, so we need someone who can work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Are you able to solve problems quickly, communicate with others to work with their needs, and multi-task various responsibilities? Then this is the perfect job for you! The job would include but is not limited to:
Greeting patients as they arrive in the clinic Answering a multi-line phone system to schedule appointments for three doctors and special testing, order contact lenses, and answer general questions Collecting patient demographics, insurance information and verify patient eligibility through their medical and vision insurance Responsible for emails, messages, and forwarding calls to the appropriate staff members Keep patient appointments on schedule by notifying technician of patient's arrival for prescreening before seeing the doctor Responsible for end of day by counting the cash drawer, balancing charges to accounts, and deposit to bank daily Assisting with scanning, faxing and filing Must be able to work Saturdays.
Computer literacy is very important as most of this job is working on a computer and using a EHR program.
Reception/ front desk experience is not required and we will train the right candidate for the job! Job Type:
