The role involves executing checklists, coordinating associate priorities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Pay is commiserated with experience with a range of $18.

Work hours are M-F 8am to 4:
30 pm.
Overview of daily work activities:
Coordinate carrier pickups/shipments and mark materials Monitor cargo area conditions Move materials with equipment Operate packing/material processing equipment and package products Receive and sort work instructions Clean facilities and work areas Sort and organize incoming shipments and returns Replenish spares pool via inventor receipts Record shipping metrics (daily, weekly, monthly) Execute BOD and EOD department checklists Respond to internal and external receiving inquiries Coordinate associate priorities with Warehouse Manager Set and monitor work priorities and team pace Manage and coordinate receiving projects Implement weekly retail customer receiving strategy Conduct new hire training as needed Execute scheduled QA tasks Assist Warehouse Manager with shipment investigations Address unknown shipments and non-compliant customers Handle lost, error, international, and return shipments Manage lost repairs post-receipt Continuously improve processes and analyze data in company systems Fulfill spares orders by picking and shipping items Identify and organize repair devices for contract entitlement Communicate with Contracts group Organize outsource repairs, log repairs, and follow up on overdue repairs Develop procedures and training documentation Communicate IT/system issues to relevant parties Manage and maintain daily supplies for receiving operations Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 2
years of practical experience required Basic familiarity with office productivity software (Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Web Browser, etc.
) Resourceful individuals with a proactive approach to process improvement Ability to apply knowledge and work independently as needed Performance Requirements Cooperate effectively in verbal and written communication Maintain regular and reliable attendance Operate computer and relevant technologies proficiently Flexibility to work varying hours Clear and confidential communication with stakeholders Adherence to all Company Values Physical Requirements Remain stationary 75% of the time Access work locations Perform tasks involving stooping, standing, walking, bending, and maintaining an upright position Visually read written and digital information Make accurate observations of work assigned and/or facilities and structures Job Type:
