A qualified candidate must be an attentive and driven individual who is willing to learn on the job and work collaboratively with other trainers.
No professional firearms experience required on applicant's resume.
Applicant with receational firearms experience and willingness to learn will be accepted.
Responsibilities Able to lift and carry objects weighing at least 50 lbs.
Monitor shooters for safety compliance Keep equipment maintained for lead abatement and sanitation Phone calls and email for new, existing, and prospective customers Able to walk long distances Handle sales and payments from customers Skills General knowledge of firearms & firearms maintenance Able to work individually and collaboratively Resolve conflict with competent de-escalation Able to handle yourself in stressful situations Proficient at verbal communication Willing to receive basic medical certification Must be attentive during entire shift, as safety is priority #1 Can stand for long periods of time Basic proficiency with computers Qualifications Able to reliably commute to and from work location (Required) Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
